球感(sense of ball)球类运动员的专门化知觉。它是当人从事球类训练时对进入视分析器、运动分析器和触分析器的各种刺激进行精细分化并在脑中形成复杂的稳固的联系,从而对球的形状、轻重、弹性、空间运动的速度和方向能够敏锐感知,使之能稳、准、快、巧地进行传、接、运、击等活动而不易失球。故它是技术水平获得高度发展并出现竞技状态的心理标志,是争取胜利的重要心理因素,也是优秀运动员突出的心理特点之一。球感由长期训练而形成,也因长期终止训练、情绪过于强烈或身体过度疲劳而减弱,甚至完全消失。经常进行球类练习,可防止球感的减弱或消失。 (刘淑慈撰马启伟市)
