This thesis analyzes difficulties and main problems which exist in the development of animation and comics education in regional university in the situation of rapid development in this field,and proposes some thoughts accordingly,such as scientific development orientation,clear developing thoughts and characteristics as well as the enhancement of characteristic consciousness.
