史巴克，原名杨春瑜，云南临沧人。中共党员。1936年肄业于北平师范大学。曾参加北平左联及学生运动，抗战后奔赴延安，后历任陕甘宁文协理事，边区教育厅、西北教育部编审室副主任，战歌社社长，北京人民教育出版社语文组组长、编辑室主任，昆明师范学院党委书记，云南教育学院院长，云南省文联秘书长，中国作家协会昆明分会副主席、常务理事(副省级)。曾获云南省老有所为精英奖和全国老有所为精英奖。1928年开始发表作品。1978年加入中国作家协会。
