The Application of Breaking to Basketball Match;

This article takes "cross-over-step drive" in basketball for example,according to the inside relation of basketball movement and learning rules for technology,maintains that by using the method of situational teaching we can make student master sports.

This paper analyses the development and the structure of the technique of holding basketball to make a breakthrough, states the theory of mechanics explicitly, explains the good periods for using this technique and the problems we are going to solve when we learn this technique, points out the basic points while holding basketball to make a breakthrough.
