情感型犯罪心理(eriminal mind of emo-tionaltype)受否定性情绪情感支配而导致犯罪行为的一种犯罪类型。它包括:(l)正常状态下有预谋的情感性犯罪心理。如嫉妒、愤恨、报复等消极性情绪积累到不可遏止的程度，而引起的诽谤、伤害、杀人、毁物等犯罪。(2)激情犯罪心理。(3)应激犯罪心理。(4)情感障碍犯罪心理。情感型犯罪的共同心理特点是:犯罪人的否定性情绪情感在其犯罪心理中占据优势，成为发动犯罪行为的基本动力。具体表现在:(l)它限制了主体的认识活动，使认识带上了盲目性和狭窄性的特点。(2)它使主体意志的两极性更为突出，正确的意志异常薄弱，突出表现在不能克制否定性情感;犯罪意志异常顽固，突出表现在否定性情感对意志的催发作用。(3)它使犯罪人产生投射与合理化的心理，犯罪人将本身的责任或挫折归咎于他人，或者主观上为自己的犯罪行为寻找借口。(4)情感型犯罪人的性格特点是情绪过敏、波动、狭隘、孤僻、抑郁，以情绪型性格类型者居多。 (张推凤撰何为民审)
