There are misplacements in the crime type set-up of criminal law in our country,which is not detailed and rough what ought to be.

So this common academic approach could be applied in the criminal study,the stages of this study on typology of crime concerned can be divided into following three classes: namely,establishing classification standards,building-up ideal pattern,and sorting out all kinds crimes,on which typology of crime can be reconstructed in China.

As the type of the crime is concerned, both crimes in respect of property and crimes with violence are increasing; As for the distribution of the criminal, crimes in the teenager is outstanding, and the crimes in the female increases also; Crimes in cities is in the predominant position, while crimes occur in the country is less than those in cities.

This paper is based on the science and research data library of crimes investigation, analyzing the characteristics of crimes subject, crimes structure, crimes behavior, crimes organization, and crimes consequence in peasant crimes.
