疮疡辨虚实 指识别疮疡之属于邪实或正虚之证者。见《太平圣惠方》卷六十一。大凡疮疡初起即见患处肿块坚硬，焮红壮热，溃后脓稠，口渴便秘，脉洪大者为实证。如初起患处漫肿，质软，局部温度不高，溃后脓水清稀，疮色晦暗，精神不爽，肠鸣泄泻，小便自利，手脚并冷，脉弱者为虚证。
