法国租金低廉住房贷款


织等通过追加贷款的形式对“租金低廉住房”的贷款。这种贷款利率很低,按2%的固定利率付息,偿还期为25年。政府对这种住房的成本规定最高界限。印年代中期,政府通过国家公共建筑工程基金银行的一个分支机构—国家资金分配银行向其提供贷款或补贴。国家资金分配银行可以从政府那里取得建筑费用的40%一50%的补贴。如果银行要提供建筑费用95%的贷款,则要由国家公共建筑工程基金银行来支持,余下的5%由“租金低廉住房”组织自己寻找其资金来源。巩工程基金银行、储蓄银行、店图国家公共建表七良毛易翻奋蛋二、11一枷
