This paper, based on theories of interlanguage, probes into the errors made by South Korean students in studying Chinese Basic Characters (CBC).

Through the analyses of the listening effect about Chinese third tone by the foreign students in the elementary level,the paper considered that the tone style has more important influence to listening Chinese tones;the students mother tongues having tones or not showed obvious difference on mislistening to Chinese third tone.
