While Qu Yuan inherited and developed the artistic achievements of Chu Ci, he successfully renovated some dramatic factors in the sacrificial music so that Chu Ci kept some distance from the magic, and also far away from being mature, but it moved towards the authentic Confucian culture centered around poetry.

As the embodiment of national ceremony system, the sacrifice rites of the Han Dynasty reflected the process of influence of Confucianism on the dominant thought of the Han Dynasty.
