各军种、兵种的每一个训练科目，都有基础训练的内容。例如:武器装备常识、基本原理和操作要领等,是技术训练的基础；共同科目训练，是技术战术训练的基础；战斗基本动作与队形、战术基本原则与知识、技术和专业训练，是战术训练的基础；单兵（单枪）、单炮、单车、单台、单机、单艇（舰）训练，是分队(编队)训练的基础；分练是合练的基础。
