It is one of the most urgent missions for usto carry on a life safety education to our students.

On the basis of defining the identity of migrant workers groups, discussing right to life as a basic human right, and clarifying the concept of life safety, this thesis inspects missing, restrictions of personal freedom, violent attacks, work-related injuries and other issues that threat against the life safety of migrant workers in China, and analyses causes for these problems.

Law orientation to employees rights of safety & health is ascertained by analyzing its essence and nomology,and the differences between the physically personal rights in civil law and the safety & health rights in labor law are pointed out.

The important international standard for the safety related systems; the concept of petrochemical process safety life cycle; the design steps of safety instrument system (SIS); the failure safe control systems and methods for hazard and operability studies are introduced.

Safety Integrity relates to the ability of a safety-related system to achieve its required safety functions,and the safety integrity levels(SILs) are determined at the system requirements stage of the safety life cycle.
