【菜名】 白羊肾羹

【特点】 壮肾，暖脾胃。适用于肾虚阳道衰败(阳痿)、腰膝无力、脾虚食少、胃寒腹痛等症。
【原料】
肉苁蓉50克 荜茇10克 青果10克 陈皮5克 胡椒10克 白羊肾2对 羊脂200克 食盐 葱 酱油 酵母面 姜各适量
【制作过程】
1. 将白羊肾、羊脂洗净；将肉苁蓉、陈皮、荜茇、草果、胡椒装入纱布袋内，扎住口后，与白羊肾、羊脂一同放入铝锅内，加水适。
2. 将铝锅置灶上，用武火烧沸，文火炖熬，待羊肾熟透时，放入葱、姜、酵母面、酱油，如常法制羹。
【用法】吃羊肾，喝羹。
