配料：鸡胸肉1.4公斤 淀粉3汤匙 匈牙利辣椒粉1/2咖啡匙 盐和胡椒 油2咖啡匙 小洋葱1个，去皮，切小块 红辣椒1个，去籽，切小块 小茴香粉1/2咖啡匙 干牛至1/2咖啡匙 鸡汤或蔬菜汤300毫升 青分葱1个，去籽，切小块 可可粉2咖啡匙 青柠檬汁1汤匙 蜂蜜2汤匙 脱脂自然味酸奶3汤匙
装饰用配料：青柠檬片 红辣椒丝 新鲜牛肉
配餐：熟米绿色蔬菜沙拉
做法：
1、用刀把鸡皮去掉；
2、在一个沙拉盘里，混合搅拌淀粉、匈牙利辣椒粉、盐、胡椒，把鸡肉放在里面滚一圈，如果需要，把鸡肉抖动几下，去掉多余的面粉；
3、在一个平底不粘锅里把油加热，然后把鸡肉的两面都煎成金黄色，然后从锅里取出，放在一个盘子里备用；
4、还是在这个平底不粘锅里，把洋葱和红辣椒油煎5分钟，直到洋葱变软，在油煎过程中，不停的翻动；
5、加入小茴香和牛至，继续煎炒1分钟，倒上鸡汤或蔬菜汤，煮沸；
6、把鸡肉倒回平底锅里，加上盖子，煮40分钟，然后加上青分葱，再煨10分钟，直到鸡肉完全变熟。然后用漏勺把鸡肉和分葱捞出来，放在餐盘中，要注意保持温度；
7、把可可粉和一汤匙水搅拌均匀，然后加到汤里，然后煮沸，直到汤变浓稠或者汤蒸发掉三分之一的时候。然后加上青柠檬汁、蜂蜜和酸奶；
8、把汤倒在鸡肉和分葱上，装点上青柠檬片，撒上新鲜牛至和红辣椒丝，即刻食用，并拿熟米和绿叶蔬菜一起食用。
