| 价值观 values 社会成员用来评价行为、事物以及从各种可能的目标中选择自己合意目标的准则。价值观通过人们的行为取向及对事物的评价、态度反映出来，是世界观的核心，是驱使人们行为的内部动力。它支配和调节一切社会行为，涉及社会生活的各个领域。 价值观是人们对社会存在的反映。人们所处的自然环境和社会环境，包括人的社会地位和物质生活条件，决定着人们的价值观念。处于相同的自然环境和社会环境的人，会产生基本相同的价值观念，每一社会都有一些共同认可的普遍的价值标准，从而发现普遍一致的或大部分一致的行为定势，或曰社会行为模式。 价值观念是后天形成的，是通过社会化培养起来的。家庭、学校等群体对个人价值观念的形成起着关键的作用，其他社会环境也有重要的影响。个人价值观有一个形成过程 ，是随着知识的增长和生活经验的积累而逐步确立起来的。个人的价值观一旦确立，便具有相对的稳定性，形成一定的价值取向和行为定势，是不易改变的。但就社会和群体而言 ，由于人员的更替和环境的变化，社会或群体的价值观念又是不断变化着的。传统价值观念会不断地受到新价值观的挑战，这种价值冲突的结果，总的趋势是前者逐步让位于后者。价值观念的变化是社会改革的前提，又是社会改革的必然结果。 |
