释尊法。西印度人也。梵云伽梵达磨。华云尊法。远逾沙碛来抵中华。有传译之心。坚化导之愿。天皇永徽之岁翻出千手千眼观世音菩萨广大圆满无碍大悲心陀罗尼经一卷。经题但云西天竺伽梵达磨译。不标年代。推其本末疑是永徽显庆中也。又准千臂经序云。智通同此三藏译也。法后不知其终。
