用料:
芹菜250g,开洋(虾仁)30g,银耳5朵,白砂糖2茶匙(10g),白醋2茶匙(10ml),盐1茶匙(5g),香油1茶匙(5ml)
做法:
1.将开洋和银耳,用水泡发后清洗干净,分别入滚水中氽烫1分钟,捞出备用。
2.芹菜择洗干净,斜切成薄片,大火烧开锅中的水,放入芹菜烫1分钟,捞出入冷水浸凉后沥干水分。
3.将开洋、银耳和芹菜放入大碗中,加入白砂糖、白醋、盐和香油拌匀即可。
