This article states the main contents of the WTO agricultural agreement and of the SinoAmerican agricultural cooperation agreement, and analyzes, from the advantages point and disadvantages point, the rules of WTO will affect Chinese agriculture.

There are some rules governing subsidies in the WTO,including the general subsidies rules——Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures which applies to all goods trade and Agreement on Agriculture which specifically deals with agricultural subsidy.
