There are serious defects for the continuous education of accountants of our country in objects, teachers,contents,forms and so on, which affects directly the result of the continuous education.

In this paper,major problems of present continuing education for accountants are analyzed,and countermeasures of completing continuing education for accountants are offered.

The paper starts from the impact of IT environment upon accounting, and proceeds with the idea of ‘the impactcorresponding changes in accounting workadjustment of accountants ability and structure of knowledgethe current condition of accountants follow-up educationthe reform of accountants follow-up education system’,making an in-depth research on the follow-up education of accountants.

This paper made an analysis of further education in English in terms of the present situation, the existing problems, the students’ demand and the curriculum design.

Thirdly,it focuses on the importance and urgency of the further education for adults after finishing their basic education.

Accountant s continuous education is an important means to raise accountant quality, and calculating stan- dard; it is of great importance to ensure accounting information quality.

The subsequent education of the Party members and maintenance of their advanced nature are significant for political stability of the state and development of socialist cause,and therefore should be emphasized at a strategic level.

Aiming for the problems we are facing in the accounting education reformation of our country, it puts forward three points: education of the students majored in accounting, the subsequent education for those engaged in accounting and the educa- tion of the accounting teachers, and spreads out discussing respectively, based on investigation and research.
