诗殷，原名苏殿远，山东平原人。1964年毕业于首都师范大学中文系。1958年参加工作，历任山东济南市建筑安装工程公司教师兼《建筑周报》编辑，北京长辛店第一中学语文教师、年级组长，北京长辛店第三中学语文教师，中国青年出版社编辑、记者，《法制日报》编辑、主任记者、文艺部副主任，《法制日报》周末部副主任，高级记者。1956年开始发表作品。1992年加入中国作家协会。
