原料:
主料:乾章鱼1只(约2两,即80克),猪争(猪肘肉)、节瓜各12两(约480克),红枣6粒,姜1片。
制作过程:
1、章鱼浸软,氽水过冷河;红枣去核。
2、节瓜刮去皮,洗净。
3、猪争洗净,放沸水中煮5分钟,过冷河。
4、把适量水煮滚,放下猪争、章鱼、红枣及姜大火煮滚,转用慢火煮3小时,下盐调味。
