Based on the comprehensive analysis for the working condition of cooling water tower, it was pointed out in this article that to carry out maintenance of the equipment in purpose and to change periodic maintenance to predictable maintenance can make cost decrease and make profit increase.

| 北凉（401～439） 中国十六国之一。卢水胡（或作匈奴族）酋长沮渠蒙逊所建。都张掖（今属甘肃）。盛时有今甘肃西部及青海、宁夏、新疆各一部 。397年后凉进攻西秦战败，吕光杀死从征的部下沮渠罗仇兄弟，罗仇侄蒙逊以会葬为名，与诸部结盟起兵反抗吕光，并与从兄男成推后凉建康（今甘肃高台西北）太守段业为凉州牧、建康公 。399年段业入据张掖，自称凉王。401年段业杀男成，蒙逊以此起兵 ，攻破张掖，杀段业，自称大都督、大将军、凉州牧、张掖公 ，建国北凉。412年十月蒙逊迁都姑臧，称河西王。421年蒙逊灭西凉。433年四月，蒙逊死，子牧犍（亦作茂虔）继位。439 年北魏大军围攻姑臧，牧犍出降，北凉亡。蒙逊弟无讳等率残余势力西走，后立国于高昌 ，460年为柔然所灭。北凉沮渠氏联合境内汉族大姓势力，以郡县方式管理人民，征发赋役。又大兴佛教，译经造像。还不时与刘宋互通使节，使河西与江南的文化交流得以继续保持。
