The Three Gorges ancient path to Shu at the south of Changjiang River used to be another important land channel into Shu besides the Three Gorges sea-route,which began east at the mouth of Jiangshi Xikou,Dianjun at the south of Changjiang River,Yichang of Hubei,and extended west to Moudao Sulakou,Lichuan,with a distance of 500 kilometers.
