zhil泊ng guanli tixi shenhe协Jan iicoshi质,管理体系审核员教师(ins加ctorfor明al-ity功以川犯emeni system auditor)具有能力向审核员候选人传授审核知识的合格人员。为确保审核员的水平和审核结果的有效性、一致性,国际审核员培训与注册协会对审核员培训教师的资格和能力提出要求,中国认证人员国家注册委负会也作出相应规定。国家注册审核员培训教师应具有国家注册高级审核员资格,具备审核质黄管理体系的理论和实践经验,经过知识传授技能的培训,具有一定的培训经验,能将其知识传授给学员,并经中国认证人员国家注册委员会培训考试合格。 每期国家注册审核员培训班应有两名教师分别对学员学习态度、出勤率、个人素质、审核能力及学员在讨论、回答问题、课堂反应等方面的表现做出评价。培训班结束前,经两名教师对各自的评价结果协商汇总,做出对每个学员的最后评价。培训课程提供者应保证每个教师具备相应的资格,每年应对教师教学业绩进行评审。中国认证人员国家注册委员会还要对审核员培训教师实施监份。(李学方)
