At present,taking the education gauge to promote developments,taking the education gauge to promote the reformation have become the most important function of the current education gauge,however,the relationship between teacher occupation maturity and the education gauge were neglected.
为此,笔者从教育评估促进教师职业成熟的意义、功能、原则、策略等方面进行阐述,以期发掘教育评估的潜在功能,为加速教师职业成熟作有益探索。

因此在高职院校的职业指导中,应通过对职业发展理论的借鉴和应用,指导学生树立职业发展观念,从而对高职院校学生的职业成熟起到促进作用。
