肝主目 生理学名词。肝开窍于目，其经脉连目系，上至额，与督脉会于巅。《素问·金匮真言论》：“东方青色，入通于肝，开窍于目。”目的视物功能，有赖于肝气疏泄和肝血滋养。《素问·五脏生成》：“肝受血而能视。”《灵枢·脉度》：“肝气通于目，肝和则目能辨五色矣。”肝的病变往往影响及目。如肝血不足，则两目干涩，视物不清或夜盲；肝经风热，可见目赤痒痛；肝火上炎，可见目赤生翳；肝阳上亢，则头目眩晕；肝风内动，可见目斜上视等。《素问·阴阳应象大论》：“东方生风……肝主目。”
