Development of healthy psychological quality of college students depend not only on teaching administration, course establishment, social practice and campus cultural construction, but also, the writer believes, on renovating the political instructor system and mechanism and constructing a network education system on psycho health for college students.
高校大学生健康心理素质的培养,除了加强教学管理、课程设置、社会实践与校园文化建设外,笔者 认为,更重要的在于创新学生政治辅导员制度与机制,构建高校学生心理健康教育网络系统。

The mental health diathesis of university students was investigated with Adolescent Mental Health Diathesis Scale.
采用《中国青少年心理健康素质调查表》调查了天津市425名正常和115名有心理问题大学生的心理健康素质,结果表明:正常组大学生的人际素质、个性素质、自我、应对风格和适应等分量表得分都高于有心理问题组大学生且具有显著差异,而动力系统、认知风格、归因风格分量表得分差异不显著。

1unren xinli suzhi peiyang军人心理素质培养(development of ser_v1’cemen psychologic~quality) 中国人民解放军通过教育、训练，使军人养成适应军队生活和军事斗争活动心理品质的实践活动。旨在培养军人的健康心理和健全人格，开发心理潜能，促进良好心理品质的形成与个l}牛的和谐发展，提高军人整体素质，增强思想政治工作的科学性和有效性，增强部队凝聚力和战斗力。 中国人民解放军经常性思想工作的优良传统中包含着丰富的心理教育和心理疏导『人J容。20吐纪50年代，空军开始对飞行人员的心理测验、心理训练等进行了初步研究和实践。进入90年代以来，随着历史条件的变化和心理科学的发展，心理学理论开始运州于政治__[作领域。1998‘!，根据江泽民“重视研究青年官兵心理特点”的指示，总政治部重点指导5个师、团单位运用心理学知识开展思想教育和经常性思想工作，召开心理教育座谈会，编印《基层官兵心理健康知识导读》和《心理教育读本》。1 999年，总政治部宣传部和总后勤部【J生部下发《关于重视做好基层部队心理疏导工作的意见》，在全军11个旅、团单位试行。总政编印了《心理科学知识读本》、《土兵心理指南》和《军人心理学》，总后编印了《军人心理健康常识》。全军院校牛民干部学员普遍卅设军人心理学课程，政治干部轮训班开设思想政治上作心理学课程。2000年，在总结试点单位心理教育和疏导上作经验的基石}}_；上，总政、总后正式下发《关于重视做好基层部队心理教育和疏导j二作的意见》，明确提出掌握心理特征，做些心理测试，分析心理动因，搞好心理疏导，解决心理问题，治疗心理疾病，建立有人民军队特色的心理教育、疏导和卫牛服务工作机制。全军成立了心理卫牛技术指导组和全军心理疾病防治中心，旅、刚成立了心理咨询站或心理疏导室，建寺了以政冶干部和卫生干部为骨干的工作队伍，政治J二作系统和卫生工作系统相结合的T作机制开始形成。各部队开展普及心理科学知识，进行心理咨询和心理治疗的工作。2001午4月24日，总政、总后业务部门联合召开心理教育和疏导工作座谈会，部分基层部队和医位代表交流经验，探讨心理教育和疏作的规范化发展、骨干队伍建设、建立工作机制等方面的问题，进一步推动工作在全军部队普遍开展。 军人心理素质是指军人在感知、抖思维、观念、情感、意志、动机、性径趣等方面的心理品质和心理能力。
