Proceeding from curriculum and textbook development, reform in teaching methods and improving relevant teachers abilities and qualities, the article probes into ways to improve the practicality of common required theoretical courses in institutions of higher learning for adults.

This report discusses the the development of the common required theoretical courses in universities, and reveals the internal connection between the developing laws of those courses and the governing laws of Chinese Communist Party.

But due to the limitations of the ages,intelligences and horizons,they are blind in choosing generally,the students are thirsty for scientific and reasonable guides in the process of chasing fashions,and consequently,the higher and stricter norms with the characters of the teachers of the public theoretical courses in colleges are put forw.

New research on the prettification teaching of the course of public political theory;

Through analyzing the present condition of the education theory for non-majors in teachers colleges according to the requirement of quality education characteristic of the twenty-first century, the paper argues that there exists a lot of malpractice in this course and derives some reform conception in the theory, contents, methods and check-up of the course.

As a result, this greatly challenges the teaching of common required theory course whose core is to lead and help college students to establish Marxist.
