舒州太湖山无用宽禅师。得法金牛真。门庭严峻。先后主金牛离相寺。太平乳山。太湖梁山。净戒正觉诸大刹。俱有语录。行于世。一源宁求印可。方入户。师厉声叱出。宁作礼门外合爪而立。久之乃许入。师问曰。何处人。曰通州。师曰。淮海近日盈虚若何。曰沃日滔天。不存涓滴。师曰。不著漕道。曰请和尚道。师便喝。宁退就禅室。彻夜不寐。一日闻师举云门一念不起语。声未绝而有省。急趋入堂。师便打。令造偈拈赵州。宁立成曰。赵州狗子无佛性。万象森罗齐乞命。无底篮儿盛死蛇。多添少减无余剩。师嗒然一笑。复举证道偈。问曰。掣电飞来。全身不顾。拟议之间。圣凡无路。速道速道。宁曰。火迸星飞。有何拟议。觌面当机。不是不是。师振威一喝。宁曰。喝作么。师曰。东瓜山前吞扁担。捉住清风剥了皮。宁不觉通身汗下曰。今日方知和尚用处。师曰。闭著口。宁侍左右三年。师以断崖义所赞己像。亲署一花。授之曰。逢龙即住。遇池便居。宁后建禹门兴化庵于龙池。实应其谶。宋学士濂云。无用其铁中之铮铮者与。是为南岳下二十世。赞曰。好个阿师十分标格 门庭高峻言无枝叶 活剥了皮露出清风 且闭著口一线不通
