The Japanese scholar Masaji Chiba put forward a famous classified method of plural law: " three layers, each with two divisions ", namely, official law and unofficial law, legal rule and legal principle, regular law and transplanted law.

This paper studies the mode selection of the deposit insured fund,by using the successful experience of other countries for reference and combining the actual conditions of our country,analyzes the pluses and minuses of official mode,unofficial mode and office-bank mode,and then gives the suggestion on the mode of China’s deposit insured fund.
