朝鲜第一个革命文艺团体。1923年成立。主要作家有宋影、李赤晓和朴世永等人。其纲领规定"本社以研究与开展无产阶级文化运动为目的"，并提出"工人们，团结起来"、"把地主赶走"等口号。设文学、戏剧、音乐等三个部。文学部创办《焰群》杂志，发表进步作品；戏剧部成立焰群剧团,到群众中演出;音乐部组织焰群合唱团，办《圣火》杂志，普及进步的音乐作品。由于日本帝国主义的镇压，《焰群》只出版两期即被迫停刊。"焰群社"于1925年解散，大部分作家参加了无产阶级文学团体"卡普"。
