Several questions should be paid attention during the work of implementing the responsibility investigation of C.P.C working;

The article makes a preliminary probe into the establishment and perfection of responsibility investigation system by expounding significance,responsibility subject,main form and necessity of responsibility investigation of ferry safety from the view of maritime safety administrator in order to make responsibility investigation of ferry safety more perfect and safe.

By analyzing the division of responsibility and responsibility investigation in mine safety accidents and primary problem of unclear responsibility existing in surveillance and management in mine safety, the author pointed out that amplified system, great attention to sources of safety problems and construction of good environment greatly contribute to safety of mine.

Through analysis, this paper points out that the government should establish accountability system in order to make new building meet energy conservation standards, and set proper heating price to stimulate the heating company to make effort .

How to correctly define the wrongful arrest and criminal compensation relations, the correct evaluation of the quality of arrest cases, the establishment of a reasonable mistake catch accountability system, the protection of human rights, implementation of the National Compensation Law of great significance to the legislative purpose.
