For a very long period of time,there has always existed a dominant mode of literary thinking with the traits of narrow utilitarianism in the study of the early Tang Dynasty s poetry,which has led to the partial concentration on political connotations,and ignored the essence and laws of poetry,and resulted in a subjective and partial interpretation of these poems.

With the reference of sociological theory,educational utilitarianism is found to become the principle to evaluate educational behaviors and ignore the harmonious and all -round development of people,which gradually diverts from the essence of education.

The concept of"Great Vocational Education"was raised on the basis of international education developing trend , narrow view of vocational education and new claims of Chinese ecnomic development, and inspired by Doway s vocational education conception, Huang Yanpei s"Great Vocational Education".
