制作：将皂角刺30克，青皮20克，陈皮20克，郁金15克分别洗净，晒干或烘干，切碎或切成片，备用。将王不留行20克洗净，晾干后敲碎或研碎，加水浸泡片刻，煎煮30分钟，用洁净纱布过滤，取滤汁放入容器，待其温热时加入蜂蜜30毫升，拌和均匀即成。上、下午分服。
