There were two chief literary schools in the Sui Dynasty:the school of scholars in palace of the prince with YANG Guang,the emperor as the representative as well as the school of scholar-officials in the North with YANG Su as the representative.

Its founder Yang Jian made fundamental contributions to the realization and initial consolidation of its unification and Yang Guang, the successor to the throne, further consolidated and developed China s unification and pushed Sui Dynasty to its prime.

Traditionally, it is considered that Yang Guang, Emperor s son and the crown prince, murdered Emperor Wen.

Yang Guang,Emperor Yang in Sui Dynasty,was a notorious tyrant in Chinese history,but he had also done a great contribution: founding the system of Ex am and thinking highly of school education; reforming center and local civil service system; pursing sharing equally fields system and reforming taxes and corvee system.

This paper introduced the construction and properties of the broad YangHui triangle,and discussed the relationship between the broad YangHui triangle and the power series of exponential e~x .
