北宋苏轼书法作品。苏轼(1036～1101)字子瞻，一字和仲，号东坡居士。眉州眉山(今四川眉山)人。此卷纸本，纵31.6厘米，横 121.7厘米。行楷书31行，是苏轼与其弟苏辙联名祭奠黄几道的祭文，由苏轼撰写，见于《苏东坡文集》。祭文书于元祐二年(1087)，时苏轼51岁。苏轼的书法，名冠宋代四大书家之首，得力于颜真卿楷书，具有笔姿丰肥、笔力紧裹的特点。此卷书法笔力雄健，结体谨严，墨气凝聚，神采焕发。此卷后有明董其昌等观款和清笪重光、王鸿绪、李鸿裔等跋。历经南宋黄仁俭，明何良俊、王世贞，清笪重光、王鸿绪、瞿中溶、顾文彬收藏。《弇州山人续稿》、《续书画题跋记》、《珊瑚网书跋》、《平生壮观》、《式古堂书画汇考》、《过云楼书画记》等书著录。现藏上海博物馆。
