In this paper, a new classification scheme of husbandary counties and semi-husbandary counties is proposed, which concerns 111 husbandary counties and 168 semi-husbandary counties, based on the ratio of grassland areas to farmland areas and the ratio of husbandary product to agricultural product.
以草地与农用地面积比指数和畜牧业与农业产值比指数为主要依据,提出新的牧区县和半牧区县划分方案,包括111个牧区县和168个半牧区县;以资源和环境定位为主,确定牧区县和半牧区县的保护建设型、基地建设型和生态旅游型等产业定位类型;牧区和半牧区应采取立足于区域整体发展的县域经济可持续发展策略。
