After selecting and sorting out 31 poems by three Anhui poets living in the last years of the Ming dynasty and the early years of the Qing dynasty, the author does textual research on the source of the poems, figures and historical events referred to in the poems, especially on Tang Yansheng’s life and his writing and reply in poems with his friends.
搜集整理郑澹成、查士标、汤燕生3位明末清初徽籍人士的31首诗作,对作者、诗的出处、诗中涉及人物和历史作了考证。

原料:
材料:燕窝15克,银耳20克。调料:冰糖10克。
制法:
(1)燕窝用清水浸透,银耳洗净浸透,切碎。
(2)取一个盅,放入燕窝,银耳,用中火炖2小时。
(3)将冰糖放入炖盅内,炖半小时即成。
特点:
涨发燕窝时水一定要保持干净,要避免沾染油腻,否则燕窝容易溶解。
