Shi Tie-sheng s writing experiences have gone through three developing stages from passive writing, passionate recollection to anxious speculation, which developed with the writer s own understanding of life and the nature of literature.

In his essays,letters,prefaces or epilogues to his articles,Lu Xun narrated at length his "concern" for his personal and the national fate during his literary creation as well as his anxious state of mind arising from his indulgence in social promises and individual musings.
