是目前学术理论界常用的名词。文学读解问题一直是20世纪文论中一个突出问题，几乎20世纪所有的文论流派都对这一问题给予相当的关注，尤其是第二次世界大战后兴起的现象学文论、文学解释学、接受美学等，更是把这一问题列为他们理论体系中的核心问题。造成文学读解研究热的原因是多方面的，最贴近的自然是文论自身发展的原因。但使文学读解成为一个显要问题的更加根本、更加起决定作用的原因，则来自20世纪社会历史的深刻而重大的发展变化。尤其是进入90年代以来，以现代传媒为依托的大众文化迅速崛起，如何通过恰当地读解文学作品以提升大众的文学鉴赏能力和水平，使大众面对鱼龙混杂的文化作品和过分沉重的商业气氛，依然保有起码的鉴别能力和较为纯正的审美趣味，就更成为一个亟待解决的现实问题。所以，重申文学读解问题，并不是偶然的、随意的，而是有着迫切的现实针对性和突出的当代意义的。
