法国对外贸易管理体制法国对外贸易管理体制是法国宏观经济管理体制的一个重要组成部分。法国作为欧共体成员之一，在一定范围内按照共同体的统一规定管理其对外贸易。除此之外，法国政府还在对外贸易领域实施各种政府干预和调节，实行集中的对外贸易管理体制。具体表现如下:①对外贸易的领导和决策机构是中央政府部门。法国的对外贸易管理权全部集中在中央政府，地方政府无权干预外贸活动，只是执行中央政府的政策。中央政府主要负责制定对外贸易的方针、政策和规定，采取有利于进出口贸易的各种措施。其主要机构有总理直接领导的部际委员会、对外贸易部、经济和财政部及其所属的对外经济关系局、海关总局等。②对外贸易的促进和推动机构是一些公共机构和民间组织。促进和推动对外贸易的公共机构主要有对外贸易信贷与担保委员会、法国对外贸易银行、法国对外贸易保险公司、法国对外贸易中心等;民间组织主要是法国雇主全国委员会及法国商会等。③具体经营外贸业务的机构是对外贸易公司，法国共有20多万家外贸进出口公司。
