Microorganism DNA of rhizosphere soil from Pinus koraiensis and Pinus sylvestriformis were extracted by proteinase K based on SDS method, CTAB method, PVP (polyvinylpolypyrrolidone) method, and freezing and thawing method and the crude DNA from rhizosphere soil were purified by dialysis method, silver beads absorption method, and squeezing DNA gel method.
本文采用了四种方法对红松和长白赤松土壤根际土壤微生物DNA进行了提取,同时分别采用了三种方法对所提取的根际土壤微生物粗DNA进行了纯化,并且对不同的提取和纯化方法进行了比较和评价。

The contents of sucrose, fructose, soluble total sugar, starch and total nitrogen were analyzed in seedlings of Pinus koraiensis, Pinus sylvestriformis and Fraxinus mandshurica grown for three growing seasons in open-top chambers in Changbai mountain under elevated CO 2 (700, 500 μmol·mol -1)and ambient CO 2 (350 μmol·mol -1) concentrations.
研究了持续 3个生长季高浓度CO2 处理的长白山主要树种红松、长白赤松和水曲柳幼苗叶 (片 )的蔗糖、果糖、可溶性总糖、淀粉及全氮含量变化 。

The photosynthetic characteristics of three-year-old seedlings of coniferous Pinus koraiensis and Pinus sylvestriformis and broadleaf Fraxinus mandshurica in open-top chambers in Changbai Mountain were studied.
选取长白山针叶树红松 (Pinuskoraiensis)、长白赤松 (Pinussylvestriformis)和阔叶树水曲柳(Fraxinusmandshurica)幼苗为研究对象 ,以开顶箱的方式控制CO2 浓度为 5 0 0和 70 0 μmol·mol-1,经过 3个生长季CO2 处理后 ,分别测定了 3个树种的 3年生幼苗在高浓度CO2 和大气CO2 浓度下的光合特性 。
