  态度学习(l earning in attitude·formation)人在生活中,由于个体与生活条件的相互作用,使态度形成或改变的学习:亦即使社会生活规范或行为准则在某种程度上转化为个人的相对稳定的反应倾向的学习,故又称“社会生活规范或行为准则的学习”。态度是由认知、情感和意向三种因素所构成,因而,态度学习是相当复杂的。RM.加涅认为,条件反射(包括经典性条件反射和操作性条件反射)、榜样影响与信息交往,是影响态度形成或改变的主要过程。D.克雷奇等人指出,需要是否得到满足、有关对象的信息、所属集体的特性与个人的人格是制约态度形成的四个因素。H.C凯尔曼主张,一切态度的形成或改变,一般要经过顺从、认同和内化三个阶段。由于态度是动机、兴趣、情感、信念、价值观等综合性的心理倾向,是调节人的社会行为的工具,又由于态度学习是使学生形成思想品德和行为习惯的途径之一,因而培育各种良好态度被认为是学校教育的主要任务之一。 (趁欣砷撰成立夫审)
