In the view of encryption,this paper proposes a union coding scheme for compression and encryption based on the matching pursuit(MP).
从便于加密的角度出发,联合考虑视频的压缩和加密,提出一种基于匹配追逐(matching pursuit)的视频压缩加密方案,该方案首先构造基于匹配追逐的视频压缩平台,由于视频信号经匹配追逐分解后,其分解系数的分布取决于字典的选取和输入信号空间特性,即变换系数的分布是随机的,再对变换系数进行完全加密,提高数据的安全性而不会改变压缩效率。

First of all,the structure information is calculated by projecting the reference image onto the base functions using the algorithm of matching pursuit.
首先根据匹配追逐算法将参考图像在基函数上进行投影分解按照重要性排列获得结构信息,并给出结构重要性度量,然后利用该信息计算编码图像的结构信息,比较编码前后结构信息的差异作为客观质量评价度量,其中在匹配追逐算法中,选取了2维可分离的Gabor基函数集作为字典。
