So we suggest taking justice and efficiency as the principles to establish a system of investigation regional jurisdiction for the case of Corruption and Bribery,separating the powers of investigation jurisdiction decision-making power from the actual investigation power,and centralizing the powers of jurisdictional decision-making power to the higher investigation organs.
