In the changing course from tradition to modern times,the clan force of Yao community has characteristics as recessiveness,continuity and transmogrification,which still exert function in the real life of Yao community.

The clan force in the country has constituted a threat to organizations of political power at the grass-roots level,destroyed the social stability in rural areas,damaged the rural work and agricultural production and seriously attacked the spiritual civilization construction in the country.

In this paper,the existing methods of the adjustment of town\'s administrative zone were analyzed,and it was concluded that such factors as the population of towns,the hinterland of towns and its spatial interaction impacted the adjustment of town\'s administrative zone mainly.
