To show the achievement of literature,the last reign of Bei-qi dynasty when he was governing ordered Zhuting to compile the category-book named Reading-book for Emperor in XiuWenDian,which became one of main basis of the later category-book.
北齐后主在位时,为呈现文学成就,诏令祖颋等编纂大型类书《修文殿御览》。
补充资料：太平御览
类书名。宋初李feb4等奉宋太宗命编纂。初名《太平总类》，因宋太宗按日阅览，改题现名。一千卷，分五十五部，四千五百五十八类。征引古籍一千六百九十种，其中大部分已散佚，因此有很高的资料价值。1960年中华书局据《四部丛刊三编》影印本重印。
