With the spreading of Buddhism in China,Grotto comes into China and was gradually combined with the Chinese indigenous culture,the process of which has been recorded in the evolution of Grotto Art in China.

The grotto art of Buddhism, originated from India and spread eastward through ancient Silk Road of China, has been selected and improved by Chinese native culture.

Based on the brief introduction of the grotto art database of Dunhuang Studies digital library,this paper expounds the of the plate and carries out an in-depth research on the types,hierarchy and logical system of these keywords,then it discusses the main problems in the extraction process emphatically.
