帕泰岛是[[肯尼亚]]拉穆群岛中最大的一个[[岛屿]]。据当地人传说，600年前一艘中国商船在拉穆附近海域触礁沉没，船上20多人为了求生，爬上了帕泰岛，并来到了岛上的上加村。
上加村曾于14至16世纪繁荣一时，后来遭受[[葡萄牙]]殖民者入侵。17世纪，上加村毁于部族争斗，遗憾的是，中国人在此定居的物证损毁殆尽，中国水手的后裔们也远走他乡。这是6月18日拍摄的上加村遗址。
在西尤村外有一处十分奇特的墓地。这个墓地和穆斯林的墓地差异很大。它没有朝向西北方的麦加圣地，而是朝着东北方向的中国。它也没有穆斯林墓地的石柱和阿拉伯铭文，取而代之的是镶满墓壁的美丽的中国瓷器。遗憾的是，墓壁上的瓷器大都被盗.
