In or-der to understand the survival situation of returning migrant workers and the future expectations,we analyzed the employment situa-tion and psychological expectations of migrant workers,and made some solutions which the grass-roots government might help migrant workers obtain employment and develop the regional economy through the investigation of grass-roots countryside.
